People culture is amazing at PrepLadder. HR listens to your every request and addresses all issues. It's a young work group at this company. The average of every employee is 30 years. Lunch is served and its a 5 day work week. Increment is decent.

Dislikes

The size of the team is small so there is no immediate avenue for growth in terms of designation and salary.

As it’s Unacademy’s subsidiary so most of the decisions are on parent company due to which there is no job security and they can’t help if Unacademy has decided to suddenly close your role and in an instance you are jobless

It used to be an amazing organisation under the leadership of old members like Vitul Sir, Anuj Sachdeva, Nibha HR, Rishab, Deepanshu etc. Staff was listened to and encouraged. Culture was amazing. There were lay offs but everything was managed happily and smoothly. Nibha maam and culture was always helpful and helped us in grow.

Senior leadership has left almost, all old leaders good people have left. knowledge and right decision making has also gone out of window. HR used to listen. and now bunch of juniors who are not even MBA HR trying to be Unacademys puppets. Ayushi comes as if she owns the company just for 2 hours, anuj was so nice to us. nobody listens. no work life balance. they just take their own appraisals. Good reputation in market as far as product is concerned. Good work life balance for remote location job but things are changing rapidly after the upper management transition.

Dislikes

As usual no manager will tell you how to do generate revenue, you have to learn a lot of things on your own. No new learning you will get here. Very monotonous routine.

Nothing really. The company is hollow and have a very selfish culture. Only those who suck up to the senior management can expect to stay longer. Very poor culture, no respect for juniors, no growth, no increments.

Work culture is so bad after upper management changes specially regional head layer no works all day only order to employees nothing else go to college click the photos with 2 3 peoples that's it and they are earning in lacs per month before PrepLadder they all works BDM,s specially Sagar sahil khosla Nilesh baseshankar hope deepanshu and Gaurav munjal look into this soon
