Not at all preferable. Just fake talks and lame excuses. Talking about JOB SECURITY, you do not have any job security here they would ask you to leave the job telling fake things and lame promises. They did the same with me I tried my best to save my job but i wasn't successful. Initially everything goes nice and any random day theywould come and say this happened that happened you need to leave the job, we'll definitely call you for rejoining once we have hiring started, the very fake promise. There are a lot more things but doesn't matter. From my personal experience I don't prefer anyone to work with this Company. The management of course do not listen to the employees and do what they want. They want to make it a very good cultured company but it would never happen if these kind of people are there...Read More

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
