I have given my job roles very clearly because of which can managed my work-life balance and can spend time for family, company culture is bit good one because of which we get overall work satisfaction.

Dislikes

Compensations is less and Career growth is very slow, top management is changing frequently and thus always new management brings new policies as per there needs and thinking and even favored people of top management are brought in which hides our talent and the overall growth gets very slow down.

My work is completely different from the peoples of Premium here i am only 1 electrical person working because of i have take the challenges and make error free work. also i cannot learn things from others i have always take help of google for new things.
