1. HR's most important duety is only how to cut the salary of employees. No any support of HR to low or mid level employees. 2. Only top management get promoted and also get hike too. 3. Prem motors use so many terms like DGM ,AGM and many more never justify their salary also they are very efficient in cost cutting by imposing unethical penalties on employees. Worst company. If really work for future growth then never consider prem motors they just use you as labour no matter what qualifications you hold.
