Worst company to work. No skill improvements. KRA of production engineer is to dispose shop scrap on daily basis. Worst employee policies. Salary is below industry standard e.g. only 3.5 LPA to an engineer with an experience of more than 2 years. Bad infrastructure and office area is small for all employees. No seat or cubical for production staff including engineer. No laptop or other device allotted to engineer, one common PC to use between almost 4 people.
