Here , very important thing is that communication gap between all the employee very good. And work responsibility for everyone is same nothing matter that, he is operator or engineer. This the best company for fresher.

After the training , there is no more chance to work as employee.

In starting my work is difficult but after some days this is easy and interesting . First my work is operating CNC machine then work is change to planningfor some time and next is programming in NX and dellcam powermill .I am want to say it is best.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
