There is no PF in this company, instead 10% of your salary is deducted on the name of company policy, and the collected 10% amount from every salary will be disbursed to employee after 3 years. Also there is no salary slip i.e proof of work period

I have joined the company in January and now its been 6 months working here as a fresher. Starting months was very hard and difficult for me to adjust and understand the process of work in Precimax.
