Although it's an Indian company but the culture I found was way ahead better than what it is in MNCs. Having worked for more than a decade in two of the world's biggest FMCG major, I can easily tell the difference. You get all the freedom to work, all the support to get the desired results and to top of it there is very less micro management. Your decisions are not questioned, management keeps a faith on you.
