Worst company to work 1. Filthy atmosphere. 2. Community feeling, they treat other communities as taken for grated. 3. Unhygienic washrooms. 4. MD threats if we apply for new job. 5. MD will put his 100% to speak with job offered by any company and will give bad mouthing and tries to spoil our goodwill and ruin the job offer. 6. Themanagement never trust other except family members and they treat employees as grasshoppers. 7. They give chance to only family members to grow career wise and they never give chance for fellow employee`s to grow, say for example in exports they only take family member's for food expo`s overseas and they wanted suppress employees in exports not to get world-wise exposure. 8. Although it's an Indian company but the culture I found was way ahead better than what it is in MNCs.
