All teammates are very cooperative, no fear of job security, we got salary on time means 1st in every month, they give free travel facility instead our school is 40 km ahead, politics is everywhere so there is no issue,work environment is good, I learned many things there, overall my experience was good that's why I was there 5 years. I am enjoyed while teaching there..we made many practice sheets for children so sometimes it becomes hectic but that also benefit for the students so that hecticness is also good.

Everything is excellent environment, teachers, brilliant students, teaching methods and techniques, on time salary, future benefits etc.

Dislikes

Owner of the school at some point he is very good but at few he don't know how to do things, and manage things.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
