Good friendly atmosphere. Homely environment, except a few number of bad people all the teammates are supportive. Management is good. A nice canteen there is on roof. They give 8.33% Bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics, and the management doesn't address our issues. Pay scale is not so good. There is no salary hike every year.

Work Details

The job is interesting. While your work time running through a friendly atmosphere, you can do it neatly. Struggle in the beginning as there was no formal training. I learnt everything on the job.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
