Very friendly and encouraging working environment. it has an open-door policy higher management is within everyone's reach, although you may not feel the need of going to higher management as people there are encouraged to help and understand each other's problems. Salary is average looking at other companies, but not low. and given the work-life balance, one can compromise a little on the salary.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
