Only benifit is you can show on your resume that you worked in pms under Tata Steel plant .

As you can see my rating I'm working in PMS since 2021 and I'm already frustrated, Management is poor it's like senior don't even care about you or your job .

The job is not interesting And I personally think that 10th 12th passout can do this job if you've done diploma or engineering please do not come to this company sometimes I regret to work here but I'm only doing because for experience.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
