The only good thing here is job security.

Dislikes

Name it. Your manager ask force you to stay after your work-hours everyday. They say that if we won’t stay after work hours , it’ll effect our increment. Higher level/manager level people have very little technical knowledge and they show off like they have all the knowledge and when you confront them, they say that you’re stupid an d know nothing. When you go and ask for leave, they say that I won’t give you the leave as you’re not staying after work-hours. They do advertisements in radio(with RJ dhvanit) that during covid time they have not deduct the salary of employees, but they never told them that they deducted leave balance instead also did not increase the salary that year although they got targeted turnover. They doesn’t respect you or your work here. Company gives you the official holiday like rakhshabandhan and 15th Aug, but if there are 2 festival/holidays in one month, they simply order you to attend 1 sunday (sometime 2 sunday), p.s. this is company run by those who thinks that leave/holiday is not employee’s right. The company is very good they have a good international client so job security is there. The company owner is a very good Human being.

Dislikes

Middle management and Hr Team are not good they are not taking care of employees. Selling Tea on the roadside is better than working under 3rd class Boss. Mental Peace is Matters!
