Too much work pressure. Even after you maintain a good quality of work and meet your productivity, any how they would terminate you before your fixed term expiration. Every time first priority is given to contract analyst but the work of contract analyst and data Associate is same. Full of biasness. They would move you from one project to other telling there would be job security and you are working well so we don't want you to lay off but after 1 month they would terminate you from the new project any how telling there is no such requirements now and that termination is also before your term expiration. Frankly I will say I didn't like nothing . They tell you like this this to do but didn't tell you that acty what to do and if you make mistakes then they didn't there for you . As new joiner they must have to give all over idea and how to process but they didn't tell you actually how to do that .

Work culture ok ok type just because it's WFH . Apart from this no job security in interview they will tell 6 month term. And after joining letter it will reduce to 2 month . As new joiner. If you make mistake then they will just see you the exit . Apart from all this the work as data associate is like data entry only with high accuracy they want With pathetic documents with high target . If you can't do they leave the company . I worked as a Data Associate on 3 months, i face lot of work pressure and worst office environment, worst people, worst people, irritating behaviour of TLs. Totally worst company. My suggestion to all don't join This company. Even you're in financial crisis.
