I had the privilage of learning a lot about contracts and improving my confidence in having an eye for detail which was a very important learning aspect for me

Dislikes

The training i was imparted was very short and not enough for a fresher to understand the concepts of the work undertaken at pramata so the pressure load in terms of performance and my personal confidence took a hit.

It was very hectic in the beginning and the job was very much taking a toll on me in the beginning because i didnt have a proper training period to get used to the company which affected my overall productivity but apart from that pramata was perfect.

For starting off as a fresher in the contract management sector, this is one of the best places to work. Ample amount of learning scope.

Dislikes

Inclined at favouritism towards Southern Indian people; ideas from contract analysts are not welcome; engineering people have much more importance in the work; poor recognition to contract people; there is always a fear that any moment you might be kicked out of the company. Appraisals are good. Too much of politics within the company.
