It is the MNC but when u join, it is completely feels like lala company. One of the worst company i have seen ever in my life. Here is the points to reason i have change in only 8 months. 1. 0 skill development 2. Very poor HR policy 3. No food 4. No mobile phone allowed for all designation. 5. Ghatiya factory head 6. Factory is like shop from inside after work finish at 6 pm gaurd will come to shutter down🤣 7. There is nothing to lern from prama hikvision. 8. Too much politics. 9. From my joining in feb 2022 to oct 2022 almost 40 employee resign from the company. Now u can understand why i saying to not join this shop. Those who are want to join i recommend please please do not join this company it is very career distroying company. Also plant head is saying to do some extra hours on daily basis and when it comes to do extra hours gaurd will comes to shutter down. Overall very disrespectful company for all position. One of the most fraudsters don't spoil your career here the management is bloody blunders, disrespectful,unprofessional.once they will appoint you the manager and hr will make your life in living hell.

Timings are good but if we complete the work at early & need to go if any emergency can't go because time punch is to be mandate. If u logout early then u will get lop or half day loss
