BM of guwahati branch is a KAMSOR person. I have worked for 3.10 years in Prama Hikvision India Pvt Ltd. The reason for leaving this company is BM . And my extremely poor income. Also, regarding the present accounts department in the Guwahati branch, a Scam is occurring. He is requesting further payment in the name of Tea. Accordingto what I've heard, he earns 4,000 to 5,000 extra income every month in the name of tea. Because out of 14 Person only 5 Person takes Tea and he Charges 280 Rupees per day. And the Branch Manager is ignoring this issue, despite the fact that they are from same place. Below is regarding the Branch Manager (Now GM- Vikash Sharma) Guwahati Branch. I have never seen a manager that unprofessional. He is an irregular worker. He is frequently absent from the office for over a month. And when I joined the organisation, he was unavailable for over two months. Aside from this, he was frequently found under the influence of "Bhang," and he laughed constantly. One day, he was discovered in the restroom without closing the door since he was so intoxicated. His brain do not operate. And when his Manager visits, he speaks in dramatic terms: "Apan yeh kar denge," "Apan woh kar denge," and "I am the Branch's Shingam." As soon as his manager leaves Guwahati, he reverts to his true form: utter garbage. Also, his reporting manager hides this information from senior management. During office hours, he sleeps at home the majority of the time. I am not writing because I am not a member of this group, but because this individual is complete garbage.
