Practo culture was good once but now it is being spoiled by ego of top management

Dislikes

You report to someone who doesn't know anything about your domain and then obeying their instructions knowing that it is pretty bad idea

Job security - Bad

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
