Only salary comes on time. That's it nothing else.

Most of it. First of all there is no job security. You can be fired anytime. Seniors will ask you to join VC and pheeww you are fired without any reason. No work life balance. You work at 12PM or 6AM. There is no specific work time. There is no reward for your time.

I believe the company is most suitable for the freshers not for the experience holders.

Dislikes

As I mentioned above the organisation is more suitable for freshers and not experienced ones. The experienced who have an experience 4-5 years are also doing the same job as the freshers. It is been a tough time for me in the organisation. There’s a lot of pressure every time. No work life balance, no fixed office timings, you can get a call anytime from your boss be at 8 in the morning or 10 at night.
