Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

Things will be much smoother if you can sit next to your managers and serve them butter and saliva for 8 hrs a day. Not a place for people with high self respect.

Favorite, Sexism, No job security, Going towards hire and fire policy, management expects the bottom tier to be boot licker. Bad workspace. The management thinks cutting costs will make profits. That also includes letting people go.

Things will change without knowing appraisal will ever happen.. only for name sake they will do. There is no job security if they want to remove from job will start giving pressure like anything. Higher management is worst. Indirect lay off will happen suddenly.
