The company don't have idea why they are hiring a particular employee. They switch the department on monthly basis, after every month your manger gets changed and the operation team which seats in Head office don't give a shit to your requirement you put a mail and won't get a reply from them even after two months and then one day some one from HR department who has never there at the time of onboarding will tell you that they have started doing layoffs because the company was having no idea at the the time of hiring that for how much duration they are hiring you and these lay offs they have a planning for this only as they are doing it at a fix time period on monthly basis except from any major work which has to be don on time...Read More
