The team and employees are great. They have some great talent that they keep taking for granted. Workplace trauma bonding is a real thing here, as everyone across teams faces similar problems and tries to help each other out in whichever way possible.

Dislikes

Directionless management. No vision. False promises one after another. Did not pay employees their deserved Variable Pay & promised ESOP which eventually never came. As a healthcare company, extremely toxic towards employee health. God forbid, if you fall sick & have to take leaves for more than the usual stipulated time, you will have to undergo Loss Of Pay. HR is just a puppet to please the leadership....Read More
