Managers are good but not the best. Shift allowances are paid. Transport is provided for shift and non shift time. Average workload. Average hike. Supportive managers....more favorable for ladies employee. Good and supportive HR team.

Dislikes

Biased culture. Forcing of payments of training bond if you're not close to managers. Favouritism from managerial perspective. Managers and employees make personal remarks of the lady director who is actually incompetent of her skills and focuses more on her dressing first and leadership later. Lack influence and awareness about employees problems. Highest number of drop out offers. Many people use PPD just to take offers just to get retained or for comparing. Overall 2/5....Read More
