Everyday you are in rush for your work, if you want to do something like new ideas , implementation or changes then you have to wait for a long time to approve from your head and then whos helps you to do these work those compelication will face. Moral is that you cant do anything without cooperation of other depart head which is tough most to convience them to help you out. Company is having good business potential as it is supplying parts to most of the OEM's and also looking for opportunities in EV batteries segment. 3. Employee retention period is good. 4.
