THE COMPANY IS GOING GOOD WITH LATEST TECHNOLOGY. I LOVE THE FACT THAT I AM A PART OF A TEAM. I'M WORKING WITH THE US BASED CLIENT AND THEY ARE DOING VERY GOOD PERFORMANCE WITH OUR COMPANY.

Job security is ok in Powerweave, but their management (team leader) is so worst, as Per my experience powerweave have no value for those employees who are doing their work honestly, I didn't seen such a childish team leader in my carrier.

Childish team leader, there have no growth, you will get maximum 2k hike every year and performance doesn't matter for this company, if you have friendship with Management person then you don't need good skills, knowledge & best performance etc to get good position in this company.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Team mates are friendly, training is supported with all the seniors and SME. Growth is for them who know to take it. Opportunity is always open here. Don't dare to join powerweave. You have to work 10 to 11 hours daily. Saas platform worst to work. To much pressure on every developer. Do not expect about appraisal. Favouritism and politics are common things here.
