There is a lot to learn. It depends on where you get alloted. Working environment good enough to improve your skills. Appraisal system is too average. Job security depends on how you perform there.

Dislikes

There is nothing to dislike. Sometime you have extend your shift but you get paid for that. Its great to start your career with this coplmpany.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
