:-Company used to train freshers to the wind industry,thus giving opportunities to work in this sector. It does mainly operation and Maintenance of wind Turbines.(O&M). :-Companies vision is really good and is to contribute some to socials' wellbeing.(especially CEO s vision is to empower Corporate Social Responsibility) :-{You should be aware that Most of the Wind Turbines are located in Remote areas,and also should aware of the physical stress of climbing 90 to 100metre tower(avg:-300 feet)before joining in this industry as an regular troubleshooting engineer} :-Though in India currently it's dimming industry(over taking by solar,)but outside India Wind has an profitable market, especially offshore-Wind(And In India also will it will boom if Offshore comes.)...Read More

Most frustrating is that they used to say to submit original documents from fresh candidates to prohibit them from leaving the company. :-Theirs pay scale is really low as compared to other Indian as well as outside company in the wind industry. :-Management is not so efficient and least cares about the site employees and also doesn't cares about company.And are more focused on only self pocket.

Salary hike to only those close to manager. Your work will never be appreciated. Very poor team lead selection filthy persons are given team lead roles. Those persons cant even communicate message properly. No retention policy.

You got to know the cheap politics and the game how this company played with candidates(freshers/experienced) who starts their career in Wind with them.

Literally too much frustrating when one got aware that how they exploits candidates in the name of illegall retaining of original documents and one-sided bonds of about 3years!!!!! Whereas you got payment in the range of 12-15 thousand in this above period with no fooding compensation available [You have to bear your own ration,Theyonly provide the accomodation] 3rd Class Job Security (or no security) in site level works. [Local affairs and liasoning works are the 3rd class quality] Even theirs paid security team does ROW(if you know what is ROW means) with you(employees) during anytime & company provides no such explanation for these activities........Read More
