I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Salary hike to only those close to manager. Your work will never be appreciated. Very poor team lead selection filthy persons are given team lead roles. Those persons cant even communicate message properly. No retention policy.
