Culture sucks, they need to implement practices that support healthy work-life balance. Flexible timings here mean you have to work all the time.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
