I have the freedom to explore opportunities and work upon areas of improvement for the processes and I feel I am able to add value to the processes and the people in this organization. The culture in Porter is very simple and yet so engaging and involving at all levels. For a startup I feel the organization has evolved and is getting better day by day.

Process is good. Company have good ethics to manage every process. Salary on time, no hidden politics inside

All managers are poor in quality. Promotion only will those ppls who have good bond with managers. No promotions at all.

I worked in this company for just 1year ....No Bad opinion or bad situation I faced but due to some company projects loss we left the organisation with proper benefits and all .

Really smart people around me, always something new to learn from them. Freedom to experiment and learn and grow.

There is some sort of groups developing in various departments which means there is politics at some level. The marketing team is understaffed and undervalued while product and tech teams are overvalued.

They said its having good work life balance but they dont and now the new policies comes in to the place for the leaves & whole restructuring of the groups every 6 months which makes there is no stability in the team Also if you do bucketing to your director then you will get promotion for sure(its proven twice now)
