Dislike is when any employee gives and put in his opnion to Hr desk he is not doing any misuse with work not to listen anything

Process is good. Company have good ethics to manage every process. Salary on time, no hidden politics inside

Dislikes

All managers are poor in quality. Promotion only will those ppls who have good bond with managers. No promotions at all.

I worked in this company for just 1year ....No Bad opinion or bad situation I faced but due to some company projects loss we left the organisation with proper benefits and all .

Porter Rules very Rud. Evening time Ghar par aane ke liye bahut dur se khali aana padta. Bike ka petrol vest hota hai. Partner ko loss hota hai. Evening time par partner porter app ko office line ( duty off ) kar raha hai to porter use close nahi hone deta hai. Immediately dusra order dene lag jata hai. Or wo ghar se opposite site ka deta hai. Usse partner ghar se or dur chala jata hai. Usse partner ka Bahut time vest hota hai. Or night ko partner ko ghar pahunchne me bahut pareshani hoti hai. Porter hamesha apne Rule ko lekar chalta h. Porter ko partner ki or bhi thoda sochna chahiye. Usse partner ko evening ke bath ghar ki jane ke liye orders dene chahiye. There is some sort of groups developing in various departments which means there is politics at some level. The marketing team is understaffed and undervalued while product and tech teams are overvalued.

They said its having good work life balance but they dont and now the new policies comes in to the place for the leaves & whole restructuring of the groups every 6 months which makes there is no stability in the team Also if you do bucketing to your director then you will get promotion for sure(its proven twice now)

I left from porter some misunderstanding happens with HR my wish is if I get the job on porter it's great for me

Dislike is that I get appointed with quality dept bank details update but my TL Nisha and my senior auditor sushma taking me with miscommunication is happening with my job data so I left my job in porter which is very bad feel for me
