In starting work culture is good but after 1 year ago new hiring manager start politics and destroy work culture and start targeting employees.

Paid leaves can be encashed if not taken. The company provided a laptop once, for which they paid, but they will not renew it for us. New joiners do not receive a laptop benefit as they need to arrange it themselves. A wifi allowance of 700 is paid for work from home, and extra pay is given for working on Saturdays.

There should be more opportunities for working from home. However, it's important to spend at least 2 days a week in the office for team bonding. Leaders are expected to be in the office every day except Saturdays. The quality of the food boxes provided is sometimes subpar, and the food choices are not satisfactory. Many of us end up discarding it as a result. The quality of office trips and dinner parties has declined compared to earlier times. HR has issued warning letters to employees who have been with Porter for 6 years. The employee has no prior history of any written or verbal warnings. There was a significant oversight by HR, as they only found out about the issue through the employee, yet still issued the warning letter. Porter or other employees were not affected by the miss in any way, still this action was taken. Porter Rules very Rud. Evening time Ghar par aane ke liye bahut dur se khali aana padta. Bike ka petrol vest hota hai. Partner ko loss hota hai. Evening time par partner porter app ko office line ( duty off ) kar raha hai to porter use close nahi hone deta hai. Immediately dusra order dene lag jata hai. Or wo ghar se opposite site ka deta hai. Usse partner ghar se or dur chala jata hai. Usse partner ka Bahut time vest hota hai. Or night ko partner ko ghar pahunchne me bahut pareshani hoti hai. Porter hamesha apne Rule ko lekar chalta h. Porter ko partner ki or bhi thoda sochna chahiye. Usse partner ko evening ke bath ghar ki jane ke liye orders dene chahiye. There is some sort of groups developing in various departments which means there is politics at some level. The marketing team is understaffed and undervalued while product and tech teams are overvalued.

They said its having good work life balance but they dont and now the new policies comes in to the place for the leaves & whole restructuring of the groups every 6 months which makes there is no stability in the team Also if you do bucketing to your director then you will get promotion for sure(its proven twice now)
