Work culture is worst. No team management is there. No promotion no salary hike Some employees faced overwhelming work load while other had to do. Frustrated team leader.

I didnt receive my FNF yet and my 60 to 90 days already over.i sent mail also I got my experience letter but not my FNF amount. I am highly dissatisfied with this issue.

One of the worst company I have never seen in my life. so many people are going to leave the job because management ,work environment nothing is good also one of our sister already said about politics in review that's 100 percent true so many politics in this company.The work environment is also not good there is too much politics. No salary increament policy for L1. Leave need to inform by email 2 week before. Only 10% salary increament after IJP. Which may take more than 3 months. Without giving any position on paper getting work done for RTQM, TL, QA. Not having a good cafeteria, washroom. No incentive to be created on time. No transportation facility.
