Compensation is decent ,but growth is very slow.

I am work in PSI as program associate .My work was tb patients counseling , controlling the deth rate and default rate of TB patients.linked with nutrition and Govt . Scheem to tb patients.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
