World vision India is a NGO that works on children'growth and their development. It is a cooperative and supportive organization for employees. I worked in this NGO for Four year and my experience was wonderful. I got chances to grow my skills as well as know about my potentialities.

Dislikes

There is something issues in every organization. There will be issues in this institution too, but I emphasized on developing myself more than the issues. The organization recognized and helped me enhance my counseling skills.
