In my 13 years service life i never found any dislike situation.

Work Details

13 Years job tenure ,i enjoy lot with the new product which was 1st time in Bangladesh. Such as Insulin, Lyophilized PPI injection, Tetanus Toxoid & Rabbis Vaccine.

The company is readily adopts the latest tecnology.Friendly enviroment and and have career base working guide for all.I love the fact that i am a part of a team that market reliable,high quality products.i also like the salary dispartch policy and apprisal system.

Work pressure is very high and there is no on job training for freshers hence senior folks like me to guide them step to step ,whis is pain full sometimes.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
