The work culture is awesome. Surrounded with good people. Nice canteen. Company policies are OK. Not that much great.

One negative thing about this company is : Very poor salary. The teammates, people are awesome to work with. I don't know about job security, but its kind of OK, Still there are outdated technologies being used. Work life balance as a person doing in rotational shift is awful. So it can't be pointed out as a disadvantage of the company, rather its a disadvantage of the Job. Also freshers are treated very badly. You get only one day off per week for 6 months.
