It was a great learning experience and there is job security. Colleagues are really helpful.

The work life balance is terrible and also it depends upon the department in which you are working. As usual politics plays a major role.

Overall experience was not good as there is lot of politics and work life balance was terrible. But one good thing which I cherish is that I learned a lot .So for getting something you have to face the challenges.
