When everything is good, they are also good but due to lockdown they are making unrealistic sales pressure and trying that we resign from their services.

Dislikes

Poor strategy. They don't know whether to hire or fire. They have hire person and suddenly after 1-2 months close the location and ask them to resign. So if they are in planning to close the location then why hire the manpower? No job security at all and also seniors talks in very rude language.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
