There is no proper system of performance evaluation ,methods like kpa , kra evaluation are only on paper . High group is is there. 3 to 4 employees who are close to executive director gets promotion & higher salary hikes every year irrespective of knowledge & ability

Dislikes

Work appraisal is based on one persons feedback , no professional sm . Customers like decathlon does audit about hr policies , safety etc but it's on paper only.

Unit head of chemical lab and cp dont know anything. For name sake tgey are unit head . There is noo growth in career Even if work for 10 yrs your post will be same.do not try to join this company. Politics is at top level in this company only during politics anyone can become unit head or cp head .please its my humble request do not try to join this company

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
