There is nothing to like about this company. Even if I would say anything good about this company it would be a lie to myself. Those days were different when there was a whole bunch of great HR team in Polycab but then all of them left Polycab leaving it a miserable company to work in.

Dislikes

1) No work life balance. 2) Worst bosses. 3) Less pay and more work. 4) Very less increments. 5) No growth and learning opportunities. 6) Useless high work pressure. 7) No mentoring. 8) No good food in canteens. 9) High politics in top management. 10) You don't need to work hard for good increment just say yes and praise your boss to get your work done. 11) Good efforts are not recognized. 12) Salary cut offs without intimation. 13) Beg to take your earned leaves. . . . PURCHAS MANAGER RINESH PATEL HARRASSED EVERY PERSON VERY BADLY. 9 EMPLOYEES LEFT DUE TO HIS HARRASMENT WITHOUT GETTING ANY JOB IN ANY ANOTHER COMPANY IN LAST 2 YEARS. NO FIXED WORKING HOURS LATE SITTING, COMING ON SUNDAY. ADVANCED LEAVES NOT APPROVED LEAVES REJECTED SUDDENLY. VERY POOR WORK LIFE BALANCE. KAAM KARO TO KISKO PUCCH KE KIYA. AGAR NAHI KIYA TO KYU NAHI KIYA

My parents met with an accident and i have to be with there with them ..i want wfh for 1-2 months..as my job role is all on desktop and interneta nd call ..no field work..but they didn't gave me that and my reporting manager forced me to leave my job

It is a private company good to work . The amenities are good . Employees are good . There are cooperative society for employees . Health care facility is good .

The Unit leaders are purely dominated by Sr Leaders and follow their own ego policy . The promotions and increments are purely person basis not performance basis , only system are their to show . Ego of leaders are too much and there is no equilibrium amongst the employees . They make groups of employees to run the site. There is noempathy towards the employees .
