They have good infrastructure and overall good name in market. Has good expansion policy and provides all benefits to employee what they require.

As a sales person tye selling pattern is totally different. Here the channel partners / distributors has more say than the employees. They make you dance at their tune. If unknowingly you make a mistake, you are directly reported to CMD and you face sound or job loss. The Unit leaders are purely dominated by Sr Leaders and follow their own ego policy . The promotions and increments are purely person basis not performance basis , only system are their to show . Pathetic culture, massive mis management, no resolution, no any solution to your problem, 6 days week, no one can decision except top management, in telecom division you have work for 9 to 9 and no any recognition.
