It is a private company good to work . The amenities are good . Employees are good . There are cooperative society for employees . Health care facility is good .

The Unit leaders are purely dominated by Sr Leaders and follow their own ego policy . The promotions and increments are purely person basis not performance basis , only system are their to show . The company is totally one man based. They just take calls without listening to you. Pathetic culture, massive mis management, no resolution, no any solution to your problem, 6 days week, no one can decision except top management, in telecom division you have work for 9 to 9 and no any recognition.
