They have good infrastructure and overall good name in market. Has good expansion policy and provides all benefits to employee what they require.

As a sales person tye selling pattern is totally different. Here the channel partners / distributors has more say than the employees. They make you dance at their tune. If unknowingly you make a mistake, you are directly reported to CMD and you face sound or job loss. In the name of sales managers ask you to beg for PO towards customers or distributors and put up in CRM. Claiming it has been been finalised by you....Read More
