Likes

It was a great experience working at pollucon and it adopts latest technology. The lab is open to all types of microbial tests for food samples, fertilizers,soils samples,pesticides,water etc. I love the fact that I was a part of that lab. And plus point was my colleagues they come from various cultural backgrounds and we used to work in collaboration.

Dislikes

The salary here is very low. The work pressure is high.

Its hectic and sometimes boring.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
