Policy Bazaar as a company has a lot of values and ethics and policies in place but none of them are followed. HR department does not exist in this company. No ethics are followed, for people coming from different work environment this place is not fit to work, as biasness towards people who do bhajans and reporters are treated like there personal workers.

It is very tedious to work in POLICYBAZAAR especially when you are living in Delhi. It has strict 6 days work policy and 9 hours working. Additionally, the sanitation department is a big concern which hasn’t alarmed the organisation until now.

Wfh isn’t allowed, so you have to come to the office on a daily basis; which sometimes isn’t possible. Even if you wfh, you’ll have to apply a leave.

This is the worst company I have ever worked for. There are no medical leaves if you're on a ventilator, they’ll still ask you to work. There are no proper leaves or working hours; your day starts at 8 AM and often stretches until 12 AM. There’s no employee motivation, and the senior management is toxic. Policybazaar gives a good salary and insensitive which no other company gives. If someone really wants to earn money then join Policybazaar because it is the best company in Gurgaon. It also gives job to 12th passed people.

The timing here is bad, some people are allowed to rock till 9 o'clock if their target is not achieved. Be it a girl or a boy, they stop everyone, it doesn't matter to them whether you come or pass out of fear.

The environment is very small, linke pantry, washrooms etc and also would like to have some co curicular activies and have some sports in south locations, so that we and advisors would feel like working with happiness. Would also help for support staffs (HR's and Trainers and Quality to get some incentives as well, since we do Ops work as well)
