There will always be ups and downs in your journey; no path to success is ever completely straight. There's nothing to dislike, but maintaining a work-life balance can sometimes be challenging—it's just something we have to navigate.

Honestly if you're fresher you like organization for 6 month then there is nothing to like, my own experiences with policy bazaar was horrible like ruined my creer, lack of emphasise, lack of work life balance and most important mental health. They hire one person named team coach they responsibility is to make sure not stable metal health of employee under them

They have nothing to do with employees dedication or work, Hiring and firing ratio is highest in Corporate industry HR is always ready to fire you and trust me 80% will resigned before higher but those who decide to fought against culture 20% will fire then by HR

if you are new to coperate or you are a fresher you can join this company for your skill development Thet don't have use and through policy You can easily do this job 6 to 1 year

Work life balance is very bad They don't gives any leaves or off you get only week off no holidays on saturday and sunday they make you work even on holi and dipawali overall company culture is average

I owe my life to it. Our company is good if someone wants to work without distraction. If you have a lot of expectations from your life but you are not ambitious and you are not willing to put efforts than don’t even think to join it. But if you dare to work out of your comfort zone without being allied to gossips and all the stuff then this is heaven. The company pays good incentives if we’ll work accordingly so for hard working people this is the best place to work and earn.

There is no leave on festivals, Work life balance is not good as the shift timing exceeds always. Shift timing is 10-7 but we mostly leave the office by 8-8:30 even some time 9PM. For leaves we have to struggle a lot the management is giving us the leaves which we can see on our system as well but we can’t apply as per our requirement.

1. Timing issue they want employee to come office at 9:45 and 15days at 9:15 to 9:30 but when u want to go they dont allow you to go they always want employees to stretch to 8 pm i am doing 12 to 13 hour job on regular basis 2. Leave issue :whenever you want leave they think i am doing some crime and it irritates me I have 24 leaves in my bucket but they dont allow me to take even one leave

There work culture is worst there is no work life balance and people dont know how to talk to their subordinates they are treating people like a machine . Even the words which they used is terrible for the ears sometime and the work is also monotonous so no chance for learning

Incentives slab is great, good salary hike

it will be much better if 5 days working will be there and leaves should be given on national holidays. No need to extend the shift timings.
