Work culture is very sufisticated, so much pressure and no time fixed for daily day end. My shift is of 10Am-7PM, but the asks reporting time of 9:45AM, and does not allow to go at 7PM, they never leaves before 7:30 and many of times they hold upto 8:30PM alos. Work culture is not good but job security is 100%, incentive is great

I worked as sales executive in policybazaar.com . I spend my 2.5 yr in this company . i am writing this review to help others, In this company you will not able to breath , there is no public holiday and no leaves (eg. holi, diwali, republic day , independence day. etc) any type of holiday is not given in this company . It is not necessary that if there is more recruitment in a company then the company is growing, it only means that people are leaving the company.

Totally hectic work schedule and no peacefull work. Management don't care about the employees they always give pressure and last of the moment they fired. No work life balance no growth for future.

If an individual wants to earn more money in less time then Policy Bazaar is the right place to work.

Policy Bazaar as a company has a lot of values and ethics and policies in place but none of them are followed. HR department does not exist in this company. No ethics are followed, for people coming from different work environment this place is not fit to work, as biasness towards people who do bhajans and reporters are treated like there personal workers.

It is very tedious to work in POLICYBAZAAR especially when you are living in Delhi. It has strict 6 days work policy and 9 hours working. Additionally, the sanitation department is a big concern which hasn’t alarmed the organisation until now.

This is the worst company I have ever worked for. There are no medical leaves if you're on a ventilator, they’ll still ask you to work. There are no proper leaves or working hours; your day starts at 8 AM and often stretches until 12 AM. There’s no employee motivation, and the senior management is toxic.
