This is the worst company I have ever worked for. There are no medical leaves if you're on a ventilator, they’ll still ask you to work. There are no proper leaves or working hours; your day starts at 8 AM and often stretches until 12 AM. There’s no employee motivation, and the senior management is toxic. Their main focus seems to beon making employees’ lives miserable. Continuous Google meetings are scheduled without allowing bio breaks or even food breaks. The company does not allow you to take leave, even during Diwali or other government holidays. You can't even take Sundays off; both Saturday and Sunday require you to work. You can take one day off during the week (only from Monday to Friday), but even on that day, your manager will continually call and annoy you. Relationship managers in Tier 1 and Tier 4 cities have the same sales targets, regardless of the tier of the city. If you are placed in a Tier 1 or Tier 2 city, you might be able to manage, but surviving in a Tier 3 or Tier 4 city is quite challenging. The company does not provide any support materials, such as pamphlets or brochures; they simply demand sales every single day. Additionally, there is no physical office, which creates a feeling of living at work and only visiting home occasionally. also you keep on visiting customers If your city is below tier 3, avoid joining this company as a relationship manager; there is no growth opportunity here for you. Poor Leadership.. Neeraj (National head) believes in hiring and firing.Almost everyday he threatens staff that he will fire them if they wont follow his RULES.. Office hours starts at 9:30am but our managers take calls as early as 8 am everyday national head takes DRR call at 8pm for hour.. he even make all of us work on Sundays.Hewas so proud of announcing HALF DAY on Saturdays but since it has been announced he only provided 2 saturdays as half day , all other saturdays have been full day working.. He wants employees to take his permission even before breathing. Moreover he is very much favourable to female staff.. I am not employee of Policy bazaar, however i have received a call for job opportunity for managerial post , HR name was suman Bharadwaj, she was full of rude, do not even listen , over an telephonic conversation she ask me few questions which i have addressed as per my previous organization, but she do not aligned , i think so she don't even has a knowledge of new technology /automation or policy bazar moved just ops guy into HR without having latest industry knowledge , it seems policy bazar works on 10 years old pattern. when the first interaction was so horrible so i can imagine what could be work life balance in policy bazar. You have to work approx 12hrs a day (9:45am-9:00pm sometimes after 9pm also) continuously for minimum 7-10days according to your roster (don’t think about taking a leave on Saturday and Sunday even if it is urgent also) if you need an emergency leave you have to tell them before 2 weeks( don’t know how is that possible). The workinghours mentioned in JD are different but the manager will not allow anyone to leave the office unless you have a sale everyday even if you have achieved more than your monthly target. We will feel like we are in a prison, someone who has self respect cannot be able to stay there. Managers are like - we lost our work life balance anyway we will ruin yours(employees) also. Mental torture is another trait. And a big guy comes from Gurgaon just to roar towards employees. There is nothing to like policybazaar because they hired stupid and illiterate managers who have not any manners and etiquette to deal with a employee and their HR are also like the puppets of management. I saw many times that if any employee who is not their slave and went for sick leave . After providing all medical documents they terminate the employee.

This company is the best in terms of Salary and Incentives.. If your only aim is Money than No one can beat Policy bazaar.. I have personally seen hard working people taking incentive of over 2 lakhs on average regularly.. You can clear your Debt in the shortest period possible..

No ethics are followed, for people coming from different work environment this place is not fit to work, as biasness towards people who do bhajans and reporters are treated like there personal workers.
